Racheal Townsend joined the Help Me Grow Alabama team as the North Alabama Regional Care Coordinator at United Cerebral Palsy of Huntsville & Tennessee Valley. Racheal worked at the Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) for 32 years across program areas and retired in 2019 while supervising adoptions with both Child Protective Services and Foster Care cases. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science from Athens State University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia College, and a Master of Management Science degree with a Human Resource concentration from Florida Institute of Technology. Racheal’s background with DHR in unison with her educational background has prepared her to interact with people from all walks of life. She has a passion for helping others and a great desire to see children reach their fullest potential. Welcome, Racheal!
