Christi joined our team in January 2017 as the Help Me Grow (HMG) Northeast Alabama Regional Care Coordinator at United Way of Etowah County. Christi is a graduate of Auburn University and began her career at the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce in Carrollton, Georgia where she served as Vice President of Membership Services. She returned home to Gadsden to join the team at Enrestoration, Inc., a comprehensive program serving adolescents to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, as Day Habilitation Director, Director of Supported Employment, and Director of Client Services. She also served as Patient Advocate for Riverview Regional Medical Center. Christi served as a volunteer, committee member, and Loaned Executive with the United Way of Etowah County for many years before joining the HMG team. Christi is married to Scott Mayo and has been blessed with four children and four grandchildren.
